Understanding why we experience depression and/or anxiety can seem very daunting. The emotional experience can seem heavy or we may feel stuck in a "rabbit-hole," unable to get out.

In this self-paced course, I will provide you with a general understanding of basic concepts such as human development, how we learn about life, and how our emotions actually guide us to the one place we have control over...

the present moment.

I will also provide you with a new perspective on how to view your life, gain a new understanding of your emotions, and provide you with some tips for healing common emotional triggers to help bring you back to life.
